Wanted Maritime Attorney

• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients in various maritime matters including vessel transactions, maritime contracts, marine insurance, and maritime litigation.
• Conduct legal research, analysis, and interpretation of maritime laws, regulations, and precedent.
• Draft and review legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other relevant materials pertaining to maritime cases.
• Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings related to maritime disputes.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external parties to strategize and execute effective legal solutions for clients.
• Stay updated on developments in maritime law and industry trends to ensure the provision of informed and proactive legal counsel.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar and in good standing.
• A strong background in handling a variety of maritime legal matters.
• Excellent knowledge of maritime laws, regulations, and industry practices.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
• Previous experience in representing clients in maritime litigation is highly desirable.
