- Provide expert advice on flooring options, ensuring clients make informed decisions.
- Coordinate and manage all phases of flooring projects, from initial consultation to final installation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external contractors to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct site visits to assess project requirements and address any challenges.
- Prepare accurate and competitive project estimates based on client specifications.
- Generate detailed quotes, considering material costs, labor, and other relevant factors.
- Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales and installation professionals.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance team productivity.
- Proven experience in flooring sales and project management.
- Strong understanding of various flooring materials, installation techniques, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Leadership experience in managing sales and project teams is a plus.
